Hover Changes
We updated the work order systems today to make them easier and faster to use.  In order to minimize the number of clicks used to complete common tasks, we added facebook style flyouts to the main grids of the building and technology work order systems.  When you hover over the work order number in the main grid, rather than seeing the old yellow info box, you will now see a flyout that shows who submitted the work order and the work order problem.  You will also be able to click for more details or to email or print the work order.  If you are a technician or administrator (or building technician/building administrator) you will be able to click to assign the work order, add labor items, or start the work timer, all without opening the work order and clicking through several pages. If you don't want to use the flyout, you can click the work order number from the main grid to open up the work order details (just like before you could before this update). We hope this will help you speed through your daily tasks faster and easier!
