BlueChalk Software has recently begun beta testing a survey add-on to their technology maintenance and building maintenance programs.  This survey add-on will allow technology and building administrators to create and manage customer satisfaction surveys which their end users can complete after a work order's completion.

This add-on will help technology and building maintenance supervisors see the strength's and weaknesses of their departments and build on that information accordingly.
